Jaguar Tracks: Decorative Basket
These unique and very rare decorative basket works are fused with the art of tagua nut carving creating the knob of the basket’s lid. Very few Wounaan tribe families create such incredible woven baskets.
This decorative basket features a wonderful interplay between the stitched hummingbirds motif in the basket work and the carved tagua nut detail of the bust of a preening hummingbird.
