Electric Butterfly
These decorative wall plates are made of split chunga palm leaf reflecting the fine basketry of the indigenous Wounaan of Panama. Design themes are derived from the flora and fauna of Wounaan territory in the Darien region of Panama.
This eye-pleasing design – “electric butterfly”– woven plate, is a wonderful collectable, and features this abstracted rainforest insect with an electrified “aura” all around it.
